Privacy Policy
ClearGrade AI ("ClearGrade," "we," "us") is operated by Neo Digital Ventures LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This policy describes what information we collect through the ClearGrade product and website (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
When you request a free grade, a paid audit, or create a workspace, we collect the information you submit, including:
- Name and email address
- Business name, website URL, and industry
- Payment details (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
- Content you submit to your workspace (brand intake answers, captions, edits, approvals)
- Any communications you send to us
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the ClearGrade website or workspace, we collect standard technical data:
- IP address, browser, operating system, device type
- Pages visited, time spent, click paths
- Cookies and similar tokens needed for session management
1.3 Information from public sources
To generate your audit, ClearGrade analyzes publicly available information about the business whose URL you submit — the business’s own website, public social media profiles, publicly accessible competitor information, and public review data. We do not access anything behind a login without your explicit authorization.
1.4 Information from authorized third-party platforms
If you connect third-party accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, or Google Business Profile) to your ClearGrade workspace, we access only the data you authorize through that platform’s OAuth flow, and only for the purposes disclosed at the time you connect.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate, deliver, and display your audit and content
- Operate your workspace and the features you’ve enabled
- Process payments and send related confirmations
- Respond to support requests
- Send service updates and administrative messages
- Analyze product usage to improve ClearGrade
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing email unless you’ve opted in.
3. How we share information
3.1 Service providers
We share data only with trusted providers we use to operate ClearGrade:
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, content delivery
- Resend — transactional email
- Stripe — payment processing (you provide payment info directly to Stripe)
- Supabase and DigitalOcean — database and server infrastructure
These providers are contractually required to handle your information only for the services they provide to us.
3.2 Connected platforms
If you authorize ClearGrade to act on your behalf with a third-party platform (for example, publishing a post to your Instagram Business account), we transmit only the data needed to complete the action, consistent with the platform’s developer policies.
3.3 Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ClearGrade, our users, or the public.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing david@cleargradeai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, subject to any records we’re required to keep by law.

5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
